Use cases

Choose how to run your event

You can also combine more than one in the same event. Few platforms do.

  • 01 Sell tickets online
Card payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Auto email with PDF ticket and QR code.
Saturday night concert with 200 seats, tickets paid comfortably from the couch.
  • 02 Get paid on site
Free online registration, payment at the door on event day (cash or POS).
Association Christmas dinner: everyone books online, pays at the door.
  • 03 Online + on site together
On the same event you accept both. The buyer picks how to pay.
Beer festival: VIP package paid online, single day entry paid at the gate.
  • 04 Free registrations only
Free-entry events, but you still want to know who's coming so you can plan.
Free workshop with 30 seats: registration tells you who and how many.
  • 05 Time-slot events
Same event repeated in slots: each slot has its own seats, users pick a time at checkout.
Guided cellar tour: time slots at 2, 4 and 6 PM, 20 people each, everyone books their own.
  • 06 Multiple ticket types
VIP, standard, front row, back row, reduced, kids. At entry the QR tells you which type.
Theater with a numbered front row and open gallery: each QR shows the section at a glance.
  • 07 Waiting list
When a ticket is sold out users join the list. The system notifies the next in line as soon as a seat frees up, or you pick who gets in.
Gala dinner with 50 seats sold out: 12 on waiting list, 3 entered thanks to cancellations.
  • 08 Experiences inside the event
Masterclasses, workshops or guided tours attached to the main event: each with its own price, seats and check-in, but a single payment for the attendee.
Wine festival with three 25-seat masterclasses: bought together with entry, scanned at the classroom door.
  • 09 Private events with code
Event hidden from the public list: the 4-digit code is required to get in, even via the direct link.
Company party, wedding with digital favor, members-only event.
  • 10 Events for international tourists
Write everything in Italian, AI automatically translates title, description, tickets and checkout to English. Tourists see everything in their own language.
Guided cellar tour in Franciacorta, wine tasting at Lake Garda, festival at Lake Iseo: German visitors book in English without calling you.

Running a village fair? Cash at the gate, volunteers at the entrance and poor signal have a page of their own (in Italian).

Examples

Three examples of how it fits together

Sample events, not real customers: they show how the features combine in different situations.

Craft beer festival

Three days, twelve breweries, a couple of thousand entries a night. VIP tasting packages sell online, single-day entry is paid at the gate. Check-in holds up offline, for when the venue is packed and the phone loses signal, and staff scan from their own phones with a link, no account needed.

Cycling granfondo by the lake

Riders from across Europe, two routes and a race kit with custom jersey. The sign-up form collects size, emergency contact and category. At the race-kit pickup you scan the QR and in two seconds you know who took what, no queues.

Winery with guided tours

Five slots a day from March to October, two ticket types: standard and premium with lunch. Foreign guests book online in their own language, because title, description and tickets are already translated. On arrival the QR shows who has what.

+ bonus

Build your mailing list legally, one event at a time

At checkout, every attendee can tick an optional box that allows you to contact them about your next events. From "Export marketing only" in the attendee list you download a CSV with all consenting contacts — name, email, phone, consent date.

Import it into your favourite email tool (Brevo, Mailchimp, MailerLite, even Excel) and send your campaigns whenever you want. They are your contacts, you do what you want with them — with explicit consent tracked and GDPR-compliant.

+ bonus

Your events automatically translated into English

Write in Italian: the AI does the rest. When you save an event, artificial intelligence automatically translates the title, description, ticket names and checkout questions into English. Foreign visitors who switch language see everything translated, including your own content.

Designed especially for events organised in Franciacorta, Lake Iseo, Lake Garda and other Brescia tourist areas: German, French, British and Dutch tourists can book in their own language without you having to write anything twice. Nothing to set up, no extra costs.

Pricing

Never a cut of what you earn.

Free events never cost anything, with no attendee cap. Paid events stay free until 31 December 2026: you only pay Stripe fees when collecting online. From January 2027 a flat fee per event applies, based on attendees, never a percentage. The price list is already public.
